ABOUT JUANITA PHILLIPS:
  Juanita Phillips is a SOLO singer and songwriter. She has been singing and playing music since she was a child. The daughter of a coal miner, and minister of Gods word, she was taken to church by mom and dad to share the talents that God had placed within her . Juanita joined her first group, "The Christianairs" in 1978 and made her first 33 album with them. "I know that has been a while, & I am not as young, but I can still hammer those notes" says Juanita.

   Juanita came from the small town of Birch River, WV. She has three daughters, one son, seven grandchildren and one great grand child. Juanita moved to Charleston in 1995 to start a new life for herself. She started attending Maranatha Fellowship in St Albans, WV, where she was re-baptized and committed her life once again to the Lord. Juanita began a solo ministry and released her first radio single "US of A", from her project "Just A Vision". The songs from this recording had been locked away and she knew they needed to be heard. Juanita was approached by the singing group, Faithful Journey which she joined and sang with for three years. The group later disbanded, and that is when "Genesis" was reformed. Genesis officially began the journey in 2007 on New Years Day. ,    "It is now 2010, and have finishied a fourth CD called "One More Time". God is good, He has been faithful, it's all about Jesus, not Genesis..  Be sure to let me know if you are blessed by my music. Jerry Garcia, born and raised in Adrian, Michigan has been in ministry since he sang his first song in church as a very young boy. Since then God has led him to sing in churches of almost every denomination. Jerry’s efforts are devoted to relating, to anyone who will listen to his music, the joyful message that God loves them and desires greatly to be their closest and most reliable companion and that through Jesus Christ, life is victoriously possible. Jerry boldly and sincerely proclaims nation-wide the "good news" that "In Jesus there is a new life, an abundant life and the assurance of eternal life".

“I have often wondered why God picked me to represent Him and His message of hope. Now as I look back on my life I realize that through His grace He has been guiding and preparing me for this very work all along the way. I share how God has traveled along and helped me climb every mountain and march through every valley. My life IS my testimony!”

Jerry has a wonderful gift not only to sing the gospel to those who will listen, but also to touch lives through his sincerity as he brings the love of God through the songs he sings.
