Where's my order?
If you bought merch (a shirt, hoodie, cap, mug and the rest), Printful prints and ships it, and they email you tracking once it's on the way. If you can't find that email, check Printful's order help. They handle merch orders directly, and they're faster than Tom.
Wrong size, or it came damaged?
Printful will reprint or refund a misprint or damaged item within 30 days of delivery. Just send them a photo. They don't take plain returns (wrong size you picked, changed your mind), so check the size chart before you order. Either way, go straight to Printful; that's who made and shipped it.
My download didn't show up.
Check your spam folder first. That's where most missing downloads end up. Still nothing? Your Payhip receipt email has the download link too. If you paid and truly have no download and no receipt, email Tom and he'll sort it out.
Can I get a CD in the mail?
No. CDs are sold only at Tom's shows. You can listen online; see the Music section.
