He started riding at sixteen on a Honda 250, hanging out with the outlaw bikers in Newark, Delaware. In the Army a soldier named Roger Ford wouldn't leave him alone about Jesus. At nineteen, on a bad night, Tom looked up and said, “If you don't get me now, you're not going to get another chance.” He did.
Forty-nine states on his own Harley, Hawaii on a rental, and the Arctic Circle. Cathy, his wife, rides with him and plays piano wherever he sings.
